In this talk you will learn to recognize which states of mind make us unhappy and which make us happy, then we will be able to gradually let go of unpleasant states of mind and increase our pleasant states of mind. An important part of this training is meditation.
Meditation is a necessary tool to go deep into our mind to analyze and get to know our thoughts and feelings and to develop a stable and joyful feeling of inner peace. When we learn to integrate meditation in our daily life we will be able to feel what we want to feel and be who we want to be.
