An introduction to meditation with and explanation of meditation according to Kadampa Buddhism, and practical experience of four meditations to develop a calm and peaceful mind.
Together we will do meditation on the breath, counting the breath, white light meditation and the very powerful relaxing nine round breathing meditation.
Everyone welcome, you don't have to be buddhist to practice these meditations and gain the wonderful benefits in your daily life.
