During this half day course, we will learn powerful meditation techniques and visualizations that can help us heal ourselves and others. We all sometimes experience physical illness or mental problems (stress).
Gen Jangdom will explain Buddha's teachings on the root cause of problems and sickness and guide meditations on the powerful practice of taking and giving. This ancient healing technique has the power to overcome obstacles and improve our qualities of love , compassion and wisdom.
As a result our mental peace and happiness will increase and we will develop a joyful mind. We will even learn to make every breath meaningful by practising taking and giving combined with our breath.
