Free talk & meditation

The teacher, Gen Kelsang Cho, will explain what is meditation, it's life changing benefits, and give us the tools and confidence to start integrating meditation into our daily life. In particular the following topics will be discussed:

  • The different types of meditation and the benefits they can bring

  • How simple meditations help you become happier, more compassionate & loving

  • How Buddhist meditation can transform the way you see the world, enabling you to find meaning in your daily life.

  • How those wishing to go deeper can discover a profound and life-changing spiritual path

We will be able to gain practical experience in a guided meditation, as well as the opportunity to ask questions. After the event there will be light refreshments and the chance to speak informally with the teacher.
