Death remains one of the great mysteries of life. In this 3 week course we can discover Buddha's teachings on what death is, what happens at the time of death and how we can prepare for it. We will also through an understanding of the death process find a new way to live meaningfully with our own mortality. You will also learn to see the signs of death approaching, and how to help others who are dying.
Resident teacher and Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Dragpa will guide meditations on impermanence and death. There will also be opportunities to ask questions on this topic.
