Becoming free from shame and guilt

  • Rustad Skole/Flerbrukshall - Ås Drottveien 20 Ås, 1430 Norway (map)

Many people feel guilty or ashamed about things they have done, things they should have done differently, or about things they haven’t done, but wish they had.

In this workshop with Gen Kelsang Dragpa you will learn:
– How to identify and reduce and finally eliminate guilt and shame
– How to avoid getting trapped by self-limiting thoughts
– How to identify with your potential for growth and happiness
– How to learn from, but not be defined by, your faults and mistakes

Each session of the workshop will include a guided meditation and a talk. No experience is needed
