These days in our overstimulated and distracted society people struggle to develop stable mindfulness and concentration.
By learning how to improve our ability to focus, we can greatly increase our wellbeing and happiness. By becoming more focused , less distracted we can maintain our mindfulness both in and out of meditation.
In this practical and informal half-day course, we will explore techniques for vastly improving our concentration skills, the key to both better meditations and a better life. -
