Experience real peace in your heart through meditation

Meditations for (re)discovering our own source of inner peace that resides in our heart. In these busy and turbulent times many of us long for a sense of peace and fulfilment. Meditation can give us this deep feeling of peace and joy and provide us with the means to find true meaning in our life. The saying “Home is where the heart is” will get a deeper and joyful meaning for us.

During this relaxing retreat at the beautiful Gullnåsgarden in Stromstad, Gen Cho will help us develop our own inner peace though meditations on the breath, on our own mind , on a mantra which are explained in the meditation series on MP3, Meditations for relaxation, Meditations for a Clear Mind and Meditations for a Kind Heart.

We will also meditate on love and compassion as explained in the book The New Meditation Handbook.

There will be 5 one hour sessions a day and enough time to go for walks and explore the wonderful area around Gullnåsgarden.

After this retreat your body and mind will feel re-energized and you will be ready to face the challenges of daily life with a positive and happy mind.

 

Gen Kelsang Cho is the resident teacher of the Kadampa Meditation Centre in Rome. An English Buddhist monk, he has been practising for over 20 years under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. His great gifts of clarity and loving kindness are an inspiration to all.
